Please note that emails and calls will be handled from Wednesday to Saturday starting at 2:00 PM. Emails received over the weekend or on public holidays will be responded to as soon as the office is back in operation. Thank you for your understanding.
Reservation Information
We reserve the right to keep the restaurant closed on days with fewer than 6 customers and to reschedule reservations if necessary.
Inquiries received on Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays will be answered by Wednesday at the latest.
Cancellation
A reservation can be cancelled in writing up to 24 hours before the agreed reservation time without incurring cancellation fees.
In case of no cancellation or no-show at the reserved time on the day, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee. The cancellation fee is 120 € per registered guest. The same applies if fewer guests attend than originally announced, without prior cancellation by phone or email.
