Underwater Expedition: Fish and Seafood
Whether local or overseas, we'll have everything you need. Where it comes from, however, plays a key role. We'll introduce you to our products from the sea and the ocean. From simple preparations to ceviche and braised tuna cheek, we conjure up exquisite dishes.
From Nose to Tail
Together, we'll cook a wholesome meal with fish, meat, and shellfish. We'll use all parts of the product, with a focus on the holistic utilization of each individual ingredient.
