    A truly exciting cooking class with Michelin-starred chef Sabrina Fenzl and pastry chef Sebastian. Together we'll cook an extensive 4-course menu with local fish from our region, meat from sustainable producers, and provide an insight into our pastry.

You can register in advance on our waiting list if you would like to take part in a course that is not yet available.

 

Group bookings are also possible—just give us a call to schedule an appointment. We regularly update our website with new courses.

Underwater Expedition: Fish and Seafood

Whether local or overseas, we'll have everything you need. Where it comes from, however, plays a key role. We'll introduce you to our products from the sea and the ocean. From simple preparations to ceviche and braised tuna cheek, we conjure up exquisite dishes.

From Nose to Tail

Together, we'll cook a wholesome meal with fish, meat, and shellfish. We'll use all parts of the product, with a focus on the holistic utilization of each individual ingredient.

Belly instead of leek

It's all about meat. Really good meat from our immediate surroundings. The right ingredients to underline everything are a must.

Ayurvedic nutrition & body

We showcase Ayurvedic cuisine paired with fine dining hacks.

Snack & Bites

Here we'll show you how to whip up delicious little snacks and appetizers in no time at your next evening with friends. Chips and peanuts are a thing of the past, or at least a new take on them.

Youngsters

Welcome to the modern world!   Learn how to impress your friends and showcase your home-cooked meal for social media. A cooking class for teens ages 12-18.
