For the position of host/hostess, we are looking for a communicative individual with a passion for fine dining.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Cashing, preparing daily closings, and maintaining the cash register system
- Accepting reservations and responding to emails
- Organizing inventory and purchasing
- Managing the evening service
- Close communication and collaboration with the kitchen
Our Requirements
- Passionate hostess with a charming and well-groomed appearance
- Successfully completed training in the restaurant or hotel industry (or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of active experience in the restaurant industry
- Sommelier skills are an advantage
- Affinity to gourmet cuisine
- Reliability
- Strong commitment and team spirit
- Very good language skills in German and English
- A high degree of responsibility and determination
- Quality awareness
- Organizational skills, independent and efficient work
